Windows 8 ideas

I think that Internet Explorer needs a new feature allowing you to "Flip 3-D". This feature is like Windows Flip 3-D but it arranges the several tabs into an 'Internet Flip 3-D'
I also think that Windows 8 should also be able to re-arrange the windows like tabs.

I also think that the task bar needs to be changed even more. The two corners (Start icon and clock) would stay there but everything else is gone and when you open something there will be a little 'Tabs' of the program - with the icon only.
So when i open up IE, the shoudl be a blue 'e' on the place where it would've gone
