This morning when I started my computer, Windows gaved me a message.
My Windows version was Expired wtf?
I cannot login into msn, and I tried to activate with a another key too, but I cant activate too.
My internet it not working completely or something, but Im able to surf on the internet with Internet Explorer.

I called Microsoft Holland, but they dont give support for this :S (Stupid micro bastards lol)

What I have to do now?
Because I have to do a radioshow today, and I need my PC (FULLY)

I have on my other PC Windows 7 too, and there I have no problems :S.

What to do now?
Please help

What Build is involved at the ''closed pc''??

When it is the Beta or older just update to 7106, update to 7100 is not that easy it prefers a clean install.

Links to Build 7106 En-Us are at this Forum.

I use Build 7100 yes.
I think thats a good build right? Tongue

Much people told me to just reinstall Windows, but that pretty hard for me.
I have much software to install and all... and then, what if it happen the same again? Tongue
So it's for me the best to fix the windows now without reinstall.

I hope you can help.

Try Build 7106 if that not succeeds try 7127 the latest Build, could be that You have to rename the install file otherwise it won't upgrade! so first try 7106

But why I need to try that ones?
For that build isnt a Dutch languagepack too.

And as I explained in my first post, I have to do a radioshow today.
And it takes days for me to reinstall everything.

Isnt there just a option to fix this problem?

Try to reboot and enter into your Bios and set the clock one month back....perhaps it works in your case..

So don't change the date in Windows.. just at pc start up hit DEL or F2 or whatever...

Try this:

Restart with F8 into safe mode and do a system restore, look for a recent system restore point.

After this and if windows works again try to validate again and use another key...

Or perhaps a timerstop crack... version 1.0.1 .. if it works on the Rc: didn't tried that... cuz I've keys so no need to do that but you might try..

Place a simple networkcard (realtek) and wire it and plug it in into your Modem.
The Realtek cards are always recognized by Windows...so you have always connection.. best is first to go into safe mode and when windows saw the card, restart.

Did you try Build 7106?? it's capable to upgrade just place the downloaded Build (DVd) at startup and choose upgrade.. i guess it must be possible to do an upgrade from 7100 to 7106 but I'm not sure..

Or Upgrade from 7100 to 7127 but you need to do some 'work' to upgrade, on how to do that is at Google to be found and also here at this Forum..

I see hwen I start my PC: Activeringsperiode is verlopen.
That means: Activationperiod has expired.

So maybe I forgot to activate when I installed?

But how to fix this then.

It seems you screwed it up... by not activate the Build...

Just do a new install and rename the old windows to windows old (at install) in that way you don't loose anything and you're able to go to all old maps.

Successssssssssss

Yep, i screwed up lol.
I think I forgot to activate after installation, and after 2 days... activationperiod is over.

I dont care about the old windows files, I got the most on extern, so I just reinstall my software, and I have to take a day or two for it to get all again.

And my radioshow I have to stop, so I do that on a other day lol.

There must be 2 versions Windows 7 at Boot, the old one and the new one! did You choose the right one??

Otherwise install 7106 aswell and keep the existing 1(2) windows.

You'll notice that you'll get a multiboot with 2 or 3 versions Windows 7..

Here I have a multiboot with 6 dif. versions Windows 7 works perfect!

Successsssss

Note: normally there's no need to install Vista first but this seems a 'hard case' so both me and DjJos tried some to solve his prob's for the last few hours.. maybe this will help him..

He did all.. format- re-format and all more .. maybe he does some wrong over and over again..

It seems that you are NOT ACTIVATING YOUR INSTALL.
YOU CAN test by
1. start --> cmd --> run as admin --> type the following.
slmgr.vbs -dlv   that will check your activation. it does take a while maybe 1 min.
If your not activated OK go to step 2

2. type slmgr.vbs -ato   wait for it to check and verify key at MS and then activate.
If you still not activated
your KEY IS WRONG, it will not activate.... so using one of the key posted earlier

3. slmgr.vbs -ipk  and enter the key when ask.... then go back and do step 2.

well, first off: is the Vista a legal version? if not you can try to activate 7 all you want. every OS has to be legal. so try to just wipe your drive one more time and DO NOT preinstall vista. just install rc7. then make sure you have the correct keys, ie if you install x86 then you must use 32bit keys if you install 64bit well then try one of those keys. it is imperative to use the appropriate set. but more imperative to run legal OS' or else all will fail even if you try to run a legal trial version of Vista. that one needs to be activated if you use it as a stepping stone for upgrade because the computer thinks you are trying to run Vista. after all you are dealing with a computer.
good luck

I know already what the problem is.
My PC had an electric shock, and the year has forwarded to 2033 by that shock.
Because that day we had MUCH thunder, with dangerous lightning.
I even had the problem in Vista, and thats why I couldnt activate, my year was forwarded.

You can go into the BIOS and adjust the time, date, and year back to current settings, or right click the clock in the system tray and then adjust time and date.

I would guess you will have to reactivate W7 then.
