The two screenshots look very much like IE8, yet there are some differences.  Early internal builds maybe?

It would make sense for them not to change the GUI too much, as it's pretty good at the moment.  Needs a better password managing system (like Firefox) and download manager (like the one supposedly coming in Firefox 4).
