Mainboard
The folks at Chipworks cracked open the Kin Two. Here's a look at what they found, starting with the main circuit board.
Touch Screen
Here's the Kin's touch screen and controller chip, which appears to be from Synaptics.
Nvidia Tegra Processor
Nvidia's Tegra is indeed powering the Kin, though the chip was initially hard to find, Chipworks said, given that it was underneath another chip as part of some stacked packaging.

The back of the device, including the keyboard and flash memory chip from Samsung and a sensor from STmicroelectronics.
